Nolan Q. Reidhead, Attorney at Law

I have been a licensed attorney here in Arizona for over ten years. In 1994, I received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in finance, from Southern Utah University. In 1998, I earned my Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. While attending law school, I also clerked for the law firm Honsa & Michaels, P.C.

In 1999, I started my own firm which has practiced in many areas of the law, including Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Probate, Guardianship, and Corporate Entity Creation.

When I’m not in the office I am spending time with my wife and five wonderful children. I am often found at softball and soccer games either cheering in the stands or coaching on the sidelines.

I have been a paralegal for over 6 years here at Nolan’s office. I am adept at drafting many types of legal documents including those used for Probate and Trust Administration matters. I am proficient with the management of long-term cases related to those same fields.

When I’m not in the office I am spending time with my daughter. I am planning on attending law school in the near future. I am also the Vice-President of a small local non-profit corporation and the President of the Amphi High School Parent Association.

I have been a legal secretary for over 3 years here at Nolan’s office. I am skilled at customer relations and service. I assist office staff and have acquired many skills including the drafting of many types of correspondence and legal documents. When I’m not in the office I am spending time with my boyfriend and my fur-baby Kai. I recently graduated from the University of Arizona and am planning on attending law school in the near future.

I have been a legal assistant for over 20 years and have worked at several law firms here in Tucson. I am proficient with drafting many types of legal documents including those used for Estate Planning and Corporations. I am also skilled at handling the funding required to complete the creation of Living Trusts. I am also adept at performing the skills required of a office manager.

When I’m not in the office I am spending time with my husband and son. I enjoy reading Nora Roberts books and hanging out with my girlfriends.
